Vegan selections are available at all meals, just let us know how to plan for you.

Pastries are sweetened with agave and coconut sugar. Base mixtures use brown rice flour, tapioca flour, buckwheat flour.
Meals will be prepared fresh, organic, gluten free
Saturday:
  • Lunch: soup and salad buffet with assorted toppings
  • Dinner: Vegetable Curry, with quinoa and brown rice tossed with olive oil;
  • Late evening tea and cookies, after evening talk and guided journey. Wine, cheeses, double chocolate treats
Sunday: 
  • Breakfast:  Cheese and artichoke heart fritata, ginger tomatillo tofu scramble; Organic fresh fruit and juices, fair-traded coffee, spicy yet caffeine free Chai
