Our world is full of remarkable heroes that help others.   
I teach my students how to make a difference in life through:.

YOGA  *  Tai Chi  *  Qi Gong  *  Shamanism  *  Sound Healing

There is a common thread within all Ancient Global Healing Modalities: 
It is that the mind and body are one,  and physical health cannot be achieved unless the emotional body, and the spiritual body are healed as well. 

In my
Laughing  Classes people may come with great sadness, pain or trauma in their lives. No one knows what another students' burden might be. Many feel a bit self conscious. But together we breathe and we chuckle and by the end of class everyone is laughing. Their sides might ache. They might be panting from laughing so hard. But we all feel great. It's contagious!

My YOGA students learn the similarities and differences between ASANAS in many Yoga practices:
Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Raja Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga to name a few.
Hand mudras, bandas, and breath work are all aspects of the Yoga practioners, body, mind and breath.


Global Health Therapies
In this class I teach how the physical body interacts with human energy fields.
This class is experiential, practicing a variety of ancient healing therapies from around the world. 
Hands-on skill development:
~   For boosting the Immune System - China
~   Increasing Lymphatic Drainage - Tibet
~   Stimulating the brain, body connection - India
~   Foot Reflexology – Egypt
~  Class ends with a sound healing I share to activate the participant’s experience on a cellular level.
